I like this instagram wordpress plugin, “The Instagram Gallery Widget“.  I have tested it out.  Its easy to customize with CSS and has options.  I like to jquery pop-up box when you click the thumbnails.  Update:  It seems to have stopped working.  Can’t recommend anymore at this time.
